Dr. Patrice A. Williams-Shuford
OWNER
Patrice A. Williams-Shuford grew up in Alabama. She earned her Bachelor of Science in English and Psychology from the University of South Alabama, her Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Mobile, her Specialist in Education in English Education from Florida State University, and her Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
Dr. Williams-Shuford began her career in education as a high school English and speech teacher in the Alabama Public School System and has also been a counselor, professor, advisor, and administrator in higher education. Patrice has more than 25 years of writing, proofreading, and editing experience and is certified in Business Marketing and Business Entrepreneurship. In addition to being the sole owner of PAWS Proofing Portal, she is also the co-owner of Class 101 Blackwater – a college planning franchise.
